Determination of Copper,Lead,Zinc,Cadmium,Chromium,Nickel,Arsenic in Multi-Origin Red Jujube by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry with High-Pressure Microwave Digestion
Accurate determination of heavy metals in red jujube is very important to control and improve food safety. The samples were treated by high-pressure microwave digestion in HF-H2 O2 system.A method for the determination of heavy metals in red jujube samples by electrical coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)has been developed.63 Cu,66 Zn,75 As,60 Ni,111 Cd,208 Pb,52 Cr were selected as the measured isotopes. The instrument′s built-in interference formula was used to calibrate the determination results of Cd,and the collision reaction pool technology of He gas mode was used to determine Cr and As in jujube samples. An inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)method was established to determine Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd,Cr,Ni,As in jujube samples. The experimental condition optimized.Under the optimized experimental conditions, the correlation coefficient of the calibration curve is not less than 0.999 5,with the detection limit ranges from 0.002 5 to 0.013 μg/g,and the low limit of determination from 0.012 to 0.42 μg/g.The proposed method was applied for the 12 times parallel determination of Zn,Cr,Cu,Pb,Ni,Cd,As in the composition analysis standard substances of red jujube, the water sediment, and the andesite rock. The analytical results were basically consistent with the certified values, with the relative standard deviations(RSD)less than 7.8%.The red jujube samples of Multi-origin were analyzed by experimental methods. The method has high sensitivity good reroducibility and accurate quantification,it can be used for the determination of large quantities of red jujube samples.
