开发合理测定丙酮的方法,采用GC直接进样方式,FID检测器,载气为氮气,进样量1 μL,流速 1。5 mL/min,分流比 20 ∶ 1,进样口温度 200℃,检测器温度250℃,程序升温运行 18。833 min。各项验证均符合要求,操作简便,灵敏度高。该方法可用于快速准确测定头孢唑林钠中控丙酮的含量。
Rapid Determination of Acetone Residual in Central Control of Cefazolin Sodium by GC
A reasonable method for the determination of acetone was developed.The method used GC direct injection method,FID detector,carrier gas was nitrogen,injection volume was 1 μL,flow rate was 1.5 mL/min,split ratio was 20 ∶ 1,injection port temperature was 200℃,detector temperature was 250℃,temperature programming operation was 18.833 min.All the verifications meet the requirements,the operation is simple and the sensitivity is high.This method can be used for rapid and accurate determination of the content of controlled acetone in cefazolin sodium.
