摘要

目的:采用热释光分析仪建立鉴定人参、甘草、苏叶、菊花和山楂等中药材中辐照与否的方法与标准.方法:将试样中的硅酸盐分离后,测定其热释光发光曲线的发光峰面积积分值G1,硅酸盐再经剂量1.0 kGy照射后,再次测定其热释光发光曲线的发光峰面积积分值G2;判断样品是否经过辐照时,以G1/G2 的比值作为判断依据.结果判定:当G1/G2≥0.10 时,可被判定为辐照样品;该样品在G1/G2<0.10 时被判定为未经辐照.结论:本研究建立了可供其鉴定、评价参考的辐照植物性中药材热释光鉴别方法.

Abstract

The verification method and standard were studied to be used for identification whether the traditional Chinese medicinal materials was irradiatedated or not with thermoluminescent dosimeter(TLD).After the silicate was isolated from the sample,its peak area integral G1 of thermoluminescent curve was measured by TLD.Then the silicate was irradiated by at dose of 1.0 kGy,and its peak area integral G2 of thermoluminescent curve was also measured.The ratio of G1/G2 was calculated as criteria whether the sample had already irradiated or not.When G1/G2≥0.10,the sample was verified as having been irradiated,while G1/G2<0.10,the sample was verified as having not been irradiated.
