Leakage Causes and Treatment of Gas Phase Return Tower Pipeline of Reboiler at the Bottom of Deammonia Tower
In order to solve the pipeline leakage problem of the bottom reboiler gas phase return tower in the acid water vapor extraction unit of a refinery,CAESAR II software was used to model the pipeline, and the possibility of pipeline cracking caused by excessive pipeline stress was excluded according to the stress calculation results. The purification water at the bottom of the deamination tower contains trace amounts of hydrogen sulfide and ammonia.Corrosion factors such as Cl ion corrosion, low temperature HCl-H2 S-H2 O electrochemical corrosion, ammonia corrosion, ammonium salt corrosion and erosion corrosion are analyzed, and it is finally concluded that erosion corrosion is the main cause of corrosion leakage of the gas phase return tower pipeline of the reboiler at the bottom of the deamination tower. Some suggestions are put forward from the perspective of short-term and long-term treatment, which provides a theoretical reference for the production operation and prevention of similar devices.
