Application and Commissioning of Instrument Control System for Offshore Oil Power Supply Platform
According to the characteristics of fire and gas control more than process control in the instrument control system of offshore oil power supply platforms,a comparative analysis is conducted on the differences of the design of control systems between power supply platforms and conventional oil platforms.Introduced the different applications of instruments on power supply platforms and conventional oil platforms,enabling instrument engineers to have a certain understanding of instruments on power supply platforms.Propose corresponding commissioning methods based on the characteristics of different types of instruments to improve commissioning efficiency and meet the requirements of commissioning schedule.Finally,summarize the problems encountered during the commissioning work and provide corresponding solutions,providing some typical cases for engineers in related fields as solutions to similar problems encountered during commissioning.
