In recent years,the chemical industry has developed rapidly,and the chemical process has been widely used in various fields.However,while the chemical process brings huge economic benefits and social value,the highlighted safety pressure and environmental protection problems can not be ignored.Therefore,this paper studies the production safety and environmental protection issues in the chemical process,and proposes practical safety management and environmental protection measures by analyzing the safety hazards in chemical production and the impact on environmental protection,such as accident risk assessment,preparation of emergency plans,pollution control and recycling technology,Finally,the effectiveness of these measures is verified by a case study.It is concluded that safety management and environmental protection measures complement each other and can significantly reduce accident probability and environmental pollution.
