Discussion on the Management of Precursor and Explosive Chemicals in University Biological and Chemical Laboratories
As the commonly used chemicals in university laboratories,precursor and explosive chemicals are one of the key hazard sources of laboratories with high utilization rate,large in amount and various types of use,the management of these two types should not only consider the chemical hazardous,but also comply with the control requirements of relevant national laws and regulations.According to the control requirements,there should be dedicated warehouse for precursor and explosive chemicals,but due to hardware limitations,many users do not meet this requirement.Based on the author's work experience,this paper summarizes how to give full play to the people-oriented characteristics to promote the management of precursor and explosive chemicals in the case of imperfect hardware facilities,hoping to provide reference for other users.
