色酚废水处理新方法

色酚是常用红色偶氮颜料的偶合组分,在其生产过程中会产生大量的高COD、高色度的含磷废水。本文通过酸析结合络合萃取,活性炭吸附脱色工艺除去色酚AS废水中的有机物,并对每一步废水的COD分析,计算了COD去除率。然后对活性炭吸附过滤后的废水进行蒸发浓缩,得到了符合行业标准合格品的白色亚磷酸固体。实验结果表明:酸析、络合萃取加活性炭吸附脱色工艺能够达到分离色酚废水中有机物和水的目的,蒸发浓缩得到的亚磷酸的质量符合行业标准,该废水处理方法接近绿色,适合工业化生产。
The New Treatment for Wastewater of Naphthol
Naphthol is a commonly used coupling component of red azo pigments,which generates a large amount of high COD and high chromaticity phosphorus containing wastewater during its production process.This article uses acid precipitation combined with complexation extraction and activated carbon adsorption decolorization process to remove organic substances from naphthol AS wastewater,and analyzes the COD of each step of the wastewater to calculate the COD removal rate.Then,the wastewater filtered by activated carbon adsorption was evaporated and concentrated to obtain white phosphite solid that meets industry standards.The experimental results show that the process of acid precipitation,complexation extraction,and activated carbon adsorption decolorization can achieve the separation of organic matter and water in naphthol wastewater.The quality of phosphite obtained through evaporation and concentration meets industry standards,and this wastewater treatment method is close to green,suitable for industrial production.
