Comparative Study on the Application of Submerged Biofilm and Activated Sludge Process in Wastewater Treatment
The construction of sewage treatment plants is an effective means to solve the problem of sewage pollution.Currently,most of China′s sewage plants are concentrated in cities.With the rapid development of urban industrial enterprises,a large amount of untreated sewage has become the main source of pollution in the water environment.As a new Aerobic organism sewage treatment process,biofilm process can significantly increase the biological content of the reaction tank,reduce the sludge loading rate,effectively remove carbon,phosphorus and nitrogen content in sewage,and improve water quality.This paper takes this process as the research object,and conducts a productive comparative study on the application of this process and Activated sludge process in water supply and drainage engineering.Combining the characteristics of pollutant removal by the process and the evaluation of the operation status of the sewage treatment plant,the engineering practice is guided.
