摘要

农药中间体生产过程中产出的废水成分复杂、COD高,且部分废水含有易导致生化污泥中毒的物质,生化池在处理此类废水的过程中易出现COD不能降解到达标值以下或出现污泥中毒等情况.为解决上述问题,采用自制废水生化处理装置,探究了厌氧生物处理过程对于改善公司内农药中间体生产过程中产出废水可生化性的影响,以及不同厌氧生物处理条件对改善废水可生化性的影响.实验结果表明,厌氧生物处理过程可以明显改善废水的可生化性,其中厌氧生物处理的优选条件为温度:10~40℃、时间:15~20 h、MLSS:30~40 mg/L,利用此方法可以将废水的BOD5/CODCr提高32%.

Abstract

The wastewater produced in the process of pesticide intermediates production has complex composition,high COD,and some wastewater contains substances that can easily lead to biochemical sludge poisoning.In the process of treating such wastewater,the biochemical tank is prone to abnormal situations such as COD failure to degrade below the standard value or sludge poisoning.In order to solve the above problems,a self-made biochemical wastewater treatment device was used to investigate the influence of anaerobic biological treatment process on improving the biodegradability of the produced wastewater during the production of pesticide intermediates in the company,and the influence of different anaerobic biological treatment conditions on improving the biodegradability of the wastewater.The experimental results show that the biodegradability of wastewater can be significantly improved by anaerobic biological treatment.The optimal conditions for anaerobic biological treatment are temperature:10~40℃,time:15~20 h,MLSS:30~40 mg/L,and BOD5/CODCr of wastewater can be increased by 32%by this method.
