探究脱酸树脂对三(三甲基硅烷)磷酸酯的影响

本研究旨在通过使用脱酸树脂,对三(三甲基硅烷)磷酸酯粗品进行脱酸处理,再通过减压蒸馏得到酸度低、纯度高的三(三甲基硅烷)磷酸酯.实验中采用NRTS系列脱酸树脂对粗品进行处理,探究了脱酸树脂类型、用量、流速对脱酸效率以及收率的影响.实验结果表明,使用NRTS002脱酸树脂进行脱酸处理,三(三甲基硅烷)磷酸酯粗品与脱酸树脂的质量比20:1,通过流速4BV/h时,可以得到酸度最低、纯度高的三(三甲基硅烷)磷酸酯成品.
Effect of Several Deacidification Resins on Tris(trimethylsilane)Phosphate
The aim of this study is to use deacidification resin to deacidify the crude tris(trimethylsilane)phosphate ester,and then obtain tris(trimethylsilane)phosphate ester with low acidity and high purity through vacuum distillation.In the experiment,NRTS series deacidifying resin was used to treat the crude product,and the influence of the type,dosage and flow rate of deacidifying resin on the deacidifying efficiency was investigated.The experimental results show that when NRTS002 deacidification resin is used for deacidification,the mass ratio of tri(trimethylsilane)phosphate to the deacidification value is 20:1,and the flow rate is 4 Bv/h,the lowest acidity and high purity trI(trimethylsilane)phosphate can be obtained.
