传统的水凝胶存在机械强度低、伸长率有限等问题,高强度水凝胶的创新发展有效扩展了该材料在各种领域的潜在应用,如人造皮肤,机器人等,因此研究高强度水凝胶具有非常重要的意义和价值.本项目以聚乙烯醇(PVA)和海藻酸钠(SA)为主要原料,采用冷冻-解冻循环方法制备水凝胶,初步探究了 PVA-SA水凝胶中原料比例以及冷冻次数及Ca2+对水凝胶拉伸强度的影响,并对其回弹能力、失水以及溶胀能力进行了相关探究.
Preparation and Properties of High Strength Bionic Hydrogels Based on PVA-SA
Traditional hydrogels have problems such as low mechanical strength and limited elongation,the innovative development of high-strength hydrogels has effectively expanded the potential applications of this material in various fields,such as artificial skin,soft robots,etc.Therefore,it is very important and valuable to study high-strength hydrogels.In this project,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and sodium alginate(SA)were used as the main raw materials in the experimental process,hydrogels were prepared by using the freeze-thaw cycling method.The influence of raw material ratio,freezing times and Ca2+on the tensile strength of PVA-SA hydrogel was preliminarily explored,and the rebound ability,water loss and swelling ability were also explored.
