不同萃取剂对废水中醋酸回收效率影响的研究

化工生产过程中,会产生大量的醋酸废水,醋酸废水的直接排放会对环境产生污染,因此需要对废水中的醋酸进行回收,以减少环境污染,同时降低生产成本.为提高废水中醋酸回收效率,配制不同浓度的醋酸废水,使用乙酸乙酯、乙醚和石油醚三种萃取剂,对废水中的醋酸进行萃取回收,研究了三种萃取剂对废水中醋酸萃取的效率,同时研究了乙酸乙酯中低含量组分对于醋酸萃取效果的影响.实验结果表明:乙酸乙酯对废水中醋酸萃取效果最好;萃取剂选择乙酸乙酯时,萃取温度对废水中醋酸萃取效果影响不大;醋酸初始浓度为30%,萃取剂与废水质量比例为1.6:1时,乙酸乙酯对废水中的醋酸萃取效果最好.
Study on the Recovery Efficiency of Acetic Acid in Wastewater by Different Extractants
In the process of chemical production,a large amount of acetic acid wastewater will be produced,and the direct discharge of acetic acid wastewater will pollute the environment,so it is necessary to recover the acetic acid in the wastewater to reduce environmental pollution and reduce production costs.In order to improve the efficiency of acetic acid recovery from wastewater,acetic acid wastewater with different concentrations was prepared,and three extractants,ethyl acetate,ether and petroleum ether,were used to extract acetic acid from wastewater.The efficiency of acetic acid extraction from wastewater was studied,and the effect of low content components of ethyl acetate on acetic acid extraction was also studied.The results showed that ethyl acetate had the best extraction effect on acetic acid in wastewater.When ethyl acetate was selected as extractant,the extraction temperature had little effect on acetic acid extraction in wastewater.When the initial concentration of acetic acid was 30%and the ratio of extractant to wastewater was 1.6:1,the extraction effect of ethyl acetate was the best.
