Study on the Viscosity Characteristics of Vulcanizing Agent QDO
To explore the influence of various factors on the viscosity characteristics of sulfide QDO in practical applications,the laboratory mainly focused on the effects of factors such as oil charge volume,temperature,and stirring time on the viscosity of sulfide QDO,and conducted tests on sulfide QDO using a rotational viscometer.The results showed that the dispersibility and diffusibility of QDO powder were different in different types of filling oil,which resulted in different overall viscosities.When the oil charge volume decreased,the viscosity of sulfide QDO gradually increased.Sulfide QDO exhibited thixotropic properties,and the viscosity gradually decreased with the extension of testing time.After a certain period of time of testing cessation,the viscosity of QDO resumed.The viscosity of QDO products gradually decreased with the increase of temperature,and there was a good exponential relationship between the viscosity of QDO products and the test temperature.Moreover,as the oil content decreased,the downward trend of QDO product viscosity became more evident.Through these experimental results,it is possible to fully understand the viscosity characteristics of sulfide QDO under different factors.These findings help better understand the scope and performance of QDO products,thus applying them better in practical production.
