Research Progress of Iron-based Oxide Anode Materials for Sodium-ion Batteries
Room temperature sodium-ion batteries have aroused people's research interest due to abundant raw materials,wide distribution and low price.However,due to the heavier and larger radius of sodium ions compared to lithium ions,the reversible intercalation process of sodium ions in the electrode material is limited,thereby affecting the electrochemical performance of the battery.Fe-based oxide has many advantages such as high theoretical specific capacity,abundant reserves,non-toxicity and low cost,and is an ideal anode material for sodium-ion batteries.In this paper,the latest research progress of anode materials for iron-based oxide sodium-ion batteries is briefly reviewed,which provides a basis for the research of new electrode materials for sodium-ion batteries.
