摘要

神经膜电位是影响细胞寿命的一种电现象,即细胞膜两侧的电位差,可以监测膜电位和神经活动.结合混合光学探针技术对神经膜电位成像具有高保真和长期监测优势,广泛应用于生物物理学、细胞学和生物化学领域.该综述主要概括了混合光学探针在体内外神经活动成像中的应用,阐述了混合光学探针的设计策略和电压传感机制,展望了混合光学探针的设计和应用未来所面临的挑战和前景.

Abstract

Nerve membrane potential is an electrical phenomenon that affects cellular lifespan the potential difference between the two sides of the cell membrane,allowing monitoring of membrane potential and neural activity.The combination of mixed optical probe technology and neural membrane potential imaging has the advantages of high fidelity and long-term monitoring,and is widely used in the fields of biophysics,cell biology,and biochemistry.This article summarizes the application of mixed optical probes in imaging neural activity both in vitro and in vivo,explains the design strategy and voltage sensing mechanism of mixed optical probes,and prospects the challenges and prospects of mixed optical probe design and application in the future.
