MXenes基材料热电性能的研究进展

MXenes(过渡金属碳/氮化物)作为一种新型二维层状材料,有着独特的层状结构,即层内是由共价键连接,层外由较弱的范德华力作用连接。这种结构和键合特性使得MXenes材料备受关注。因MXenes有着金属导电性以及可调节的电子带隙,故其在热电材料领域有着较大的潜在应用价值。简单综述了 MXenes材料在热电领域的发展,归纳了经理论计算预测及实验证实热电性能的MXenes材料,最后展望了 MXenes作为热电材料的发展前景。
Research Progress of Thermoelectric Properties of MXenes-Based Materials
As a new two-dimensional layered material,MXenes(transition metal carbides and nitrides)have a special layered structure in which the inner layer is connected by covalent bonds and the outer layer is joined by weak van der Waals forces.This structural and bonding property makes MXenes materials of great interest.Because of its metallic conductivity and adjustable electronic band gap,MXenes have great potential application value in the field of thermoelectric materials.The development of MXenes materials as thermoelectric materials is briefly discussed in this review,along with the thermoelectric properties of MXenes materials that have been verified through theoretical calculation and experiment.Finally,the future development of MXenes as a thermoelectric material is briefly discussed.
