摘要

对某公司公用工程冷却塔原采用电机驱动风机冷却技改为采用水轮机驱动冷却,通过利用返塔回水管网的富余水压力驱动水轮机,而带动风机风叶,将水的势能释放出来替代现场电动机驱动减速机风叶等转动设备[1],通过技改将驱动电机减速机等替换,节约了电能损耗,水循环系统得到优化的情况下,满足生产用水和节能降耗的目的.

Abstract

In this paper,a company's public works cooling tower cooling tower original motor-driven fan cooling technology for the use of turbine-driven cooling,through the use of back to the tower return pipe network of surplus water pressure drive water turbine,while driving the fan fan blades,the potential energy of the water is released instead of the site motor drive reducer blades and other rotating equipment[1],through the technological transformation of the drive motor reducer,etc.,to replace,save the loss of electrical energy,the water recycling system has been optimized to meet the production of water and energy saving and consumption reduction purposes.
