摘要

离心低温泵作为空分装置重要的组成部分,其稳定可靠运行对于保证空分装置的连续供气有重大意义,其中避免离心低温泵产生气蚀对于离心低温泵的运行尤为重要.目前针对离心泵防气蚀的文献多从泵的结构优化、运行维护方面展开,文章将以空分装置成套供应商的角度,考虑低温液体的特殊性,从流程组织和布置配管、设备采购、控制逻辑、运行四方面探讨低温离心泵防气蚀的措施,从根本上避免离心低温泵的气蚀.

Abstract

As an important component of the air separation unit,the stable and reliable operation of the centrifugal cryopump is of great significance for ensuring the continuous gas supply of the air separation unit.Among them,prevention of cavitation erosion is particularly important for the operation of the centrifugal cryopump.At present,literatures on precaution measures for cavitation erosion of centrifugal pump mainly focuse on structure optimization and operation maintenance.As the suppliers of air separation unit,we are familiar with the characteristics of cryogenic liquid.This article discusses precaution measures for cavitation erosion of centrifugal cryopump from four aspects:process organization,layout and piping;equipment procurement;control logic and operation,essentially avoiding the cavitation erosion of centrifugal cryopump.
