Modification and Simulation Analysis of Delayed Coking Crude Gasoline as Top Circulation Oil
When a large amount of heavy waste oil is mixed in the coking unit,the pressure drop of the top compressor of the fractionation tower will increase,and the top circulation volume will decrease,resulting in uncontrollable top temperature of the tower.Through technological transformation,the top circulation pump was used to control the top temperature of the fractionator,but the gasoline dry point was low.This article uses Aspen Hysys software to simulate gasoline cold reflux instead of top circulation,and finds that maintaining the same gasoline dry point requires controlling a higher top temperature of the fractionator tower to solve the problem of low gasoline dry point.
