Occupational Hazards and Protective Countermeasures of Hydrogen Peroxide Construction Project by Anthraquinone Process
Hydrogen peroxide,also known as hydrogen peroxide,is often used as an oxidant in chemical production.At present,the main production process of hydrogen peroxide in China is anthraquinone process.In the process of producing hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone process,many kinds of occupational hazards can be produced and escaped because of the loose sealing of equipment and pipeline.And can cause acute and chronic injury to workers.In this paper,the production process,raw materials and equipment of an anthraquinone hydrogen peroxide project are analyzed.To determine the occupational hazards caused by various posts and links,and to determine the deficiencies and problems through the analysis of the protective facilities(measures)of the construction project.Put forward rectification suggestions to improve the stability and reliability of project operation.
