危废焚烧火焰检测和安全管理系统的应用和研究

随着生态环境部和发展改革委联合发布的《危险废物重大工程建设总体实施方案(2023~2025年)》,势必会再次迎来一波危废处置工程建设小高潮。危险焚烧炉(以下简称:焚烧炉)为废物处置装置的核心设备,焚烧炉的平稳、安全地运行对废物处置行业的高效、持续发展起着至关重要的作用。如何保证焚烧炉的安全性、稳定性是各废物处置中心长久的研究课题。焚烧炉燃烧安全保障措施主要由燃烧安全管理系统进行保障,主要包含以下措施:燃烧室大吹扫,自动切断阀密闭性测试,点火枪点火(含离子火焰检测),主燃气点火及其他安全联锁控制。全面推广焚烧炉燃烧安全管理系统的工程应用,将从根本上提高焚烧炉的运行可靠性、安全系和平稳性,消除焚烧炉在开停工以及燃料不稳的状态下出现闪燃闪爆风险。
Application and Research of Flame Detection and Safety Management System for Hazardous Waste Incineration
With the"Overall Implementation Plan for the Construction of Major hazardous waste Projects(2023-2025)"jointly issued by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and the Development and Reform Commission,it is bound to usher in a small upsurge in the construction of hazardous waste disposal projects again.Hazardous incinerators(hereinafter referred to as incinerators)are the core equipment of waste disposal equipment,and the stable and safe operation of incinerators plays a vital role in the efficient and sustainable development of waste disposal industry.How to ensure the safety and stability of incinerators is a long-term research topic for waste disposal centers.Incinerator combustion safety measures are mainly guaranteed by the combustion safety management system,which mainly includes the following measures:Large combustion chamber purge,automatic cut-off valve tightness test,ignition of ignition gun(including ion flame detection),ignition of main gas and other safety interlock control.Comprehensively promoting the engineering application of the incinerator combustion safety management system will fundamentally improve the operational reliability,safety system and stability of the incinerator,and eliminate the risk of explosion in the state of start-up and shutdown and fuel instability.
