Design of a Sampling Device for Non Methane Total Hydrocarbons from Fixed Pollution Sources
Design a non methane total hydrocarbon sampling device for comparison of micro gas monitors,and describe its specific structure and usage method.The sampling device includes a receiving component,a guiding component,and a filtering component.The bearing components include an assembly cylinder and a bearing roller,which mainly play a bearing role in the device structure.The assembly cylinder connected to the external air inlet pipe is equipped with an electric heating network and a follow-up impeller inside,which can heat the extracted environmental waste gas to avoid the impact of temperature and humidity.The guide component includes a guide ring,curved guide edge,sprocket drive group,transmission rod,and auxiliary roller.It not only plays a directional guiding role,but also the sensor at the convex part can trigger the driving device and sprocket drive group to drive the directional movement of the unwinding and winding rollers through gears.The filtering component includes a protective shell,cleaning roller,controller,gear group,unwinding roller,winding roller,and filter cloth.The filter cloth filters the gas entering from the arc sampling port.When the filter cloth at the corresponding arc sampling port is blocked with impurities,it triggers the driving device to activate the unwinding roller to unwind the filter cloth,and the winding roller to unwind the filter cloth,thereby changing the position of use of the filter cloth,avoid clogging of the filter cloth at the corresponding curved sampling port,which may affect the quality of the sampled gas.The overall structure of the sampling device is simple and easy to operate,which can significantly improve the sampling quality of the sample gas.
