Phenyl(2,6-difluorobenzoyl)carbamate was obtained by condensation reaction of 2,6-difluorobenzoyl and diphenyl carbonate,and the yield reached 95.5%.Then,the phenyl(2,6-difluorobenzoyl)carbamate and 3,5-dichloro-4-(1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethoxy)aniline were heated and condensation in toluene to obtain hexaflumuron(90%yield),and the total yield of the two steps was 85.95%.The structure of the intermediate and the final product were confirmed by 1 H NMR,13 C NMR,IR and HRMS.The synthesis route had the advantages of high yield,less hazardous waste,low energy consumption and easy purification of the product.It has great industrial production potential and can provide reference for the synthesis of hexaflumuron in the future.
