以白炭黑为载体的六甲氧基甲基三聚氰胺树脂制备及在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体胶中的性能研究

以六羟甲基三聚氰胺(HMM)和甲醇反应合成六甲氧基甲基三聚氰胺树脂(HMMM),并使用 HPLC、GPC 等方式对合成出的HMMM进行表征。将制备出来的HMMM与载体白炭黑复配制备黏合剂RA65,并与黏合剂CYREZ 964RPC对比在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体胶中的应用性能。应用试验结果表明:黏合剂RA65 胶料的硫化性能、物理性能、黏合性能和动态疲劳性能结果与对比配方胶料均相当。
Preparation of Hexamethyl-Methyl Melamine Resin Using White Carbon Black as a Carrier and Its Performance in the Body Compound of All Steel Radial Truck Tire
This article focuses on the synthesis of hexamethyl-methyl melamine resin(HMMM)through the reaction of hexahydroxymethylmelamine(HMM)and methanol,and characterizes the synthesized HMMM using HPLC,GPC,and other methods.The prepared HMMM was compounded with carrier silica to prepare adhesive RA65,and its application performance in the carcass compound of all steel radial truck tire was compared with that of adhesive CYREZ 964RPC.The application test results show that the vulcanization performance,physical properties,adhesion performance,and dynamic fatigue performance of adhesive RA65 compound are comparable to those of the comparative formula compound.
