Study on Mechanical Properties of Solid-Waste Synergistic Composites Based on Saw Mud
In order to treat the piled-up saw mud and achieve solid waste resource utilization, the mechanical properties of the composites were investigated for engineering applications.Cement, lime and fly ash were used as modified materials to study the effect of the dosage of composite materials and proportion of mixture on the strength of modified saw mud.Based on the physical and chemical properties of the saw mud, improved the saw mud by way of mixing it with different ratios of composite materials.Maintenance was carried out under immersed and non-immersed conditions to test the unconfined compressive strength of the different solutions. The study shows that mixing composite materials can effectively improve saw mud's strength and meet engineering application technical requirements. The doping of composites at 6%meets both the specification requirements and has a low cost.
