为研究连续蒸发实验中,不同物质流的走向及规律探索,构造了连续蒸发结晶实验条件下,盐中杂质含量与循环次数的数学理论模型,并验算出计算公式。并根据此模型,快速计算出最大循环次数和最低母液开路处理量,极大地方便了产能设计的冶金计算和相关基础理论模型探究。
Research on Theoretical Mathematical Model Under Cyclic Evaporation Crystallization
To investigate the direction and laws of different material flows in continuous evaporation experiments,a mathematical theoretical model was constructed for the impurity content and cycle number in salt under continuous evaporation crystallization experimental conditions,and its calculation formula was verified.Based on this model,the maximum number of cycles and the minimum open circuit processing capacity of the mother liquor can be quickly calculated,greatly facilitating the metallurgical calculation of production capacity design and the exploration of relevant basic theoretical models.
