摘要
(NH4)2 CO3 为共沉淀剂,用共沉淀法制备La0.8 Sr0.2 MnxNi1-xO3(x=1.0,0.9,0.7,0.5,0.3,0.1,0)系列催化剂,探究B位离子掺杂对催化剂活性及比表面积等其他性能的影响.通过石英管固定床微型反应器测试催化剂活性;用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、热重分析仪(TG-DSC)、氢还原化学吸附仪(H2-TPR)、比表面积物理吸附仪(N2-BET)等仪器对催化剂的结构及其物理性质进行相应的表征.结果显示:不同量的Ni掺杂对催化剂的结构及催化活性有较大的影响.适量Ni的加入显著改善了催化剂的活性并且也增大了其相对比表面积,但加入Ni过量,会使得催化剂的性能有所下降.其中当Ni=0.3 时,催化甲烷燃烧效果最好,起燃温度T10%为 362℃,最终温度T90%为 486℃,该样品的比表面积比较大,达 15.18 m2·g-1.
Abstract
La0.8 Sr0.2 MnxNi1-xO3(x = 1.0,0.9,0.7,0.5,0.3,0.1,0)series of catalysts were prepared with(NH4)2 CO3 as co-precipitation agent.The effect of B ion Ni doping on the catalytic performance of La0.8 Sr0.2 MnO3 for methane combustion was investigated.The catalyst activity was tested by quartz tube fixed bed micro-reactor.The catalytic properties were characterized by XRD,H2-TPR,SEM,N2-BET and TG-DSC.Experimental results show that different amount of Ni doping has great influence on the structure and catalytic activity of the catalyst.The activity and specific surface area of the catalyst increased significantly with the addition of Ni,but the activity of the catalyst decreased when Ni was added too much.Among them,when Ni=0.3,the catalyst has the best activity,the ignition temperature T10%is 362℃,the final temperature T90%is 486℃,and the specific surface area is the largest,15.18 m2·g-1.
