Application Prospect of Hair Keratin Fiber Membrane in Hair Drug Analysis
In recent years,with the development of detection and analysis technology,the analysis technology of trace drugs in hair has become more and more mature.However,in the detection methods of hair samples,a certain amount of target drugs added by blank hair are used to prepare hair control samples,without considering the binding mechanism of drugs and hair,resulting in great differences between the analysis results of samples added by blank hair and real hair samples.Hair keratin fiber membrane is a new kind of biological material prepared by using hair keratin.It can simulate the binding mechanism of human hair and drugs,and develop drug hair reference products similar to the formation mechanism of real drug hair samples.It has broad application prospects in the accurate analysis of drugs in hair.
