摘要
建立奶茶中测定 18 项塑化剂的GC-MS分析方法.样品使用正己烷直接提取法进行提取,GC-MS SIM模式进行扫描,外标法定量.17 种邻苯二甲酸酯标准溶液质量浓度在10~400 μg/L,邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯标准溶液质量浓度在500~5 000 μg/L线性范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)均大于 0.996.17 种邻苯二甲酸酯含量为 0.1,0.5,1.0 mg/kg,邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯含量为 0.5,2.0,3.0 mg/kg添加水平范围时,奶茶中 18 项邻苯二甲酸酯的回收率在86.7%~107.8%,相对标准偏差在 0.03%~1.79%(n=6).该方法前处理简单,检测数据准确,可用于大批量奶茶中邻苯二甲酸酯类的检测.
Abstract
To establish a method for determination of 18 kinds of plasticizer in tea with milk using GC-MS.Sample were extracted by n-hexane and purified by GC-MS SIM mode of electrospray ionization.The concentration of 17 kinds of phthalate standard solution were good in the range of 10~400 μg/L and The concentration of diisononyl phthalate standard solution was good in the range of 500~5 000 μg/L,the correlation coefficients were more than 0.996.The recoveries were ranged from 86.7%to 107.8%when the content of 17 kinds of plasticizer at 0.1,0.5 and 1.0 mg/kg levels and the content of diisononyl phthalate at 0.5,2.0 and 3.0 mg/kg levels,and the relative standard deviation was 0.03%~1.79%(n = 6).The method has simple pretreatment and accurate detetion date,and can be used for the detection of phthalates in large quantities of tea with milk.
