中化泉州石化乙烯装置自2020 年 9 月开工以来,多次出现脱甲烷塔塔顶乙烯重组分超标、塔顶回流罐满液位等工况,且前冷及脱甲烷单元首次开车过程用时较长。2022 年第一次停车检修期间将自回流式脱甲烷塔塔顶冷凝器入口滤网摘除,开车后脱甲烷塔塔顶高压尾气中乙烯含量满负荷工况下乙烯体积分数不超过0。03%,塔顶回流罐液位稳定在 10%~12%。并通过分析本装置历次脱甲烷塔开车过程,对C3 洗油投用、液相甲烷外送焦汤阀投用节点、开车期间乙烯冷剂控制方式、脱甲烷塔压力选择、塔顶重组分异常变化工艺调整方向进行分析,为同类型深冷精馏单元提供开车经验。
Operation Analysis of Self Reflux Demethanizer in Ethylene Plant
Since the start of operation in September 2020,the ethylene plant of Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical has experienced multiple operating conditions such as excessive ethylene heavy fraction at the top of the demethanizer tower/full liquid level in the reflux tank at the top of the tower,and the first start-up process of the per cooling and demethanizer units takes a long time.During the first shutdown and maintenance period in 2022,the inlet filter screen of the overhead condenser of the self reflux demethanizer was removed.After start-up,the ethylene content in the high-pressure exhaust gas at the top of the demethanizer tower under full load conditions did not exceed 0.03%,and the liquid level in the overhead reflux tank remained stable at 10%~12%.And by analyzing the previous start-up processes of the demethanizer in this device,the nodes of C3 washing oil injection,liquid phase methane delivery coke valve injection,ethylene refrigerant control method during start-up,demethanizer pressure selection,and abnormal changes in the process adjustment direction of the top heavy component are analyzed,providing start-up experience for similar deep cooling distillation units.
