随着水资源利用环保要求趋紧,对各类型工业企业水平衡系统研究的重视程度不断攀升,正从行业到企业、由粗到细全方位开展用水收支平衡分析并实施节水减排举措.焦化企业作为大规模生产型企业,用水需求量和废水产生量均较高,在理清焦化企业用水现状特点的基础上,从有效节水措施、废水处理及回用路径和工艺技术改造升级方面提出了水平衡系统构建及优化的主要方式,并以实际焦化企业作为案例进行用水情况分析,提出水平衡的构建建议,为同类企业提供参考.
Research on the Construction and Optimisation of Water Balance System for Coking and Chemical Enterprises
With the tightening of environmental protection requirements for the use of water resources,the degree of importance attached to the study of the water balance system of various types of industrial enterprises has been rising,and water balance analyses are being carried out in an all-round way from industry to enterprise and from coarse to fine,and water conservation and emission reduction initiatives are being implemented.Coking enterprises,as large-scale production enterprises,have high water demand and wastewater generation.Based on the characteristics of the current water consumption situation of coking enterprises,we propose the main ways to construct and optimise the water balance system from the aspects of effective water conservation measures,wastewater treatment and reuse paths,and technological transformation and upgrading of the process,and analyse the water consumption situation of the actual coking enterprises as a case study,and put forward the proposal of constructing a water balance,which will provide a reference for the same type of enterprises.It also analyses the water consumption situation of actual coking enterprises as a case study and puts forward suggestions on the construction of water balance to provide reference for similar enterprises.
