Analysis of the Current Application Status of the Handover Measurement of Crude Oil and Upgrading System
The handover measurement of crude oil is a fundamental work in the production management of Gudong Oil Production Plant,and it plays a very important role in the development,production,operation,and management process of the plant.With the development of informatization,digitization,and intelligence in measurement technology,the Gudong Oil and Gas Gathering and Transportation Management Center has carried out measurement technology transformation and upgrading of internal crude oil handover points,gradually shifting from "volume flow meter+laboratory testing" to "mass flow meter+online water content meter",replacing daily manual testing of crude oil handover with information and automation methods,improving data accuracy,and achieving an overall improvement in the level of trade handover measurement work.
