摘要
采用低温EDTA法对新建超超临界二次再热机组锅炉进行化学清洗,简要介绍了清洗范围及工艺流程,详细描述了小型试验及酸洗过程的要点,列举了监视指标及化验数据,给出了质量检查及效果评定,结果表明,该方法具有工艺简单、清洗效果好、废液量少等优点.
Abstract
The low-temperature EDTA method is used for chemical cleaning of the boiler of the new ultra-supercritical double reheater unit boiler.The cleaning scope and process flow are briefly introduced,the key points of the small-scale test and acid cleaning process are described in detail,the monitoring indicators and laboratory data are listed,and the quality inspection and effect evaluation are given.The results show that this method has the advantages of simple process,good cleaning effect,and less waste liquid.
