摘要

BOG低压压缩机作为LNG(液化天然气)接收站的重要组成部分,负责将在卸料及储存的过程中产生的BOG通过再冷凝技术处理,确保储罐压力处于稳定状态,保证接收站的安全运行.以某大型LNG接收站为例,概要讲述了BOG低压压缩机在设计过程中的注意事项和运维过程中的操作要点,对后续新建LNG接收站具有一定的参考意义.

Abstract

As an important part of the LNG(liquefied natural gas)receiving station,the BOG low-pressure compressor is responsible for processing the BOG generated during the unloading and storage process through re-condensation technology to ensure that the storage tank pressure is in a stable state and ensure the safe operation of the receiving station.Taking a large-scale LNG receiving station as an example,this article briefly describes the precautions in the design process of BOG low-pressure compressors and the operating points in the operation and maintenance process,which has certain reference significance for subsequent new LNG receiving stations.
