Analysis of Calibration Data for 1.5 Million t/a Atmospheric and Vacuum Distillation Unit
Based on the production status of a 1.5 million t/a atmospheric and vacuum unit in a petrochemical plant,a three-day calibration was carried out to evaluate the actual production capacity of the device,whether the parameters reached the specified design indicators,the operation capacity of the heating furnace,the separation capacity of the atmospheric and vacuum tower and the product quality,as well as the energy consumption and energy consumption distribution of the device.Through calibration analysis,we can find out the operation condition and adverse factors of the device,and provide basic data for further optimization of operation parameters,and provide technical basis for improving the processing capacity of the device,technical transformation,energy saving and consumption reduction measures.
