摘要

基于近年来新建的国内原油商业储备库项目工程设计经验,结合原油储备库的特点和原油物理性质特征阐述了原油储备库管道材料的设计要点.本文结合典型工程案例并基于国内钢管生产现状,提出了原油储备库工程中无缝钢管和焊接钢管的合理选用建议,并阐述了工艺管道切断阀尤其是平板闸阀的设计原则,可为同类工程项目提供实践参考.

Abstract

Based on the engineering design experience of newly-built commercial crude oil reserve depot projects in China in recent years,the key points of piping material design for crude oil reserve depot projects are summarized according to the characteristics of this kind of projects and the physical properties of crude oil stored.For crude oil reserve depot projects,the reasonable selection principle of seamless steel pipe and welded steel pipe is put forward on the basis of the piping material statistics for a typical project and the steel pipe production conditions in China and the design principle of process valves especially slab-gate valves are illustrated.This article could provide practical reference for similar projects.
