Analysis of Heat Leakage in Large Diameter Low Temperature Vacuum Insulating Pipeline
The heat leakage of vacuum multi-layer pipelines consists of radiation heat transfer, convection heat transfer, and heat conduction, mainly considering thermal bridges and supporting components. This article conducts heat leakage analysis on low-temperature vacuum pipelines that are commonly used in the aerospace field.Taking DN400 large-diameter vacuum multi-layer insulation pipelines as an example, the pipeline strength of the inner and outer pipes is calculated, and three heat transfer methods are calculated to obtain the total heat leakage. And use ANSYS software to analyze, verify, and calculate the heat leakage. After calculation and ANSYS simulation analysis, the leakage heat meets the low-temperature pipeline leakage heat index.
