The Occurrence and Safety Management Practices of Injury Accidents in University Laboratories
The participants of university laboratories are involved university teachers and students,external visitors,technical workers,service personnel,etc.,which constitutes a very large population.Once an injury accident occurs in a university laboratory,it will directly and indiscriminately threaten the personnel inside the laboratory.Serious injury accidents might even lead to irreversible consequences or even fatal results for the laboratory personnel.Therefore,laboratory safety not only involves the safety of human life but also the integrity of thousands of households,as well as social stability and harmony.Additionally,the educational effectiveness of laboratory safety in universities will continue to indirectly affect the safety of trainees in various industries outside of universities.Therefore,the safety and management of university laboratories have important social significance.It is necessary and imperative for university administrators,professional teachers,laboratory leaders,and laboratory personnel to continuously summarize and study safety accident cases in university laboratories.It is also necessary to continuously improve laboratory management and safety education.Summary and research work such as these will also help improve the safety awareness of relevant personnel.In this work,a process consisting of extensive literature review and investigation materials was used to collect more cases of laboratory safety accidents at home and abroad,and analyze the causes of these accidents,and summarize various advanced laboratory safety management methods.and identify preventative measures and educational models implemented by universities both domestically and internationally that seem worthwhile to adopt or learning from.
