油气终端火炬熄灭长明灯可行性探讨

摘要
区别于石油化工企业,油气终端处理厂具有装置少、油气排放点少、正常工况无油气排放等特点.火炬正常工况处于闲置状态,火炬长明灯的常燃设计导致的经济损失、碳排放等问题尤为明显.本文分析了油气终端火炬长明灯熄灭状态可能造成的安全问题,探讨了通过工艺联锁和增设辅助设施实现熄灭长明灯的可行性.
Abstract
Different from petrochemical enterprises,oil and gas terminal treatment plants have the characteristics of fewer devices,fewer oil and gas emission points,and no oil and gas emission under normal conditions.The torch is in idle state in normal working condition,the economic loss and carbon emission caused by the constant burning of the torch pilot burner are particularly obvious.This paper analyzes the possible safety problems caused by extinguishing torch pilot burner,and discusses the feasibility of extinguishing the polit burner through the process interlocking and adding auxiliary facilities.
