摘要
在零散气回收利用项目中涉及天然气的回收及压缩,工艺风险较高,做好危险辨识工作特别重要.运用危险与可操作性技术(HAZOP)对零散气回收利用工艺进行风险评价及分析并提出安全建议措施,有利于企业管理层加强安全风险的控制.
Abstract
In the project of recovery and utilization of scattered gas,which involves the recovery and compression of natural gas,the process risk is high,so it is very important to do the hazard identification well.The application of hazard and operability technology(HZOP)to risk assessment and analysis of the recovery and utilization process of scattered gas,and to propose safety measures,is conducive to the management of enterprises to strengthen the control of safety risks.
