Investigation and Evaluation on Groundwater Pollution in a Chemical Industrial Park
In order to establish the national chemical park monitoring network,it is urgent to investigate the groundwater environment around the chemical park and other key pollution sources.Based on the preliminary investigation,85 factors of heavy metals, inorganic substances and volatile organic compounds in shallow groundwater of a chemical industry park in Henan Province were sampled and analyzed.Based on the three limits in the Groundwater Quality Standard(GB/T 14848-2017),a single index evaluation method was used to evaluate the environmental quality of shallow groundwater within the scope of investigation. The results show that the overstandard factors of the chemical industry park are conventional indicators, and some factors are caused by the joint action of enterprises and the original geological environment. Some characteristic pollutants were detected, but none exceeded the standard. There is no obvious pollution to groundwater in the park, but there is potential risk,so it is recommended to strengthen monitoring and supervision.
