Perovskite quantum dots have become a research hotspot in the fields of biomarkers,light-emitting diodes, lasers and solar cells due to their unique electronic and luminescent properties in recent years. In this paper,we design a research-based comprehensive experiment on inorganic perovskite quantum dots, which covers the preparation and characterization of CsPbBr3 perovskite quantum dots as well as the packaging of LED devices using the fluorescent properties of perovskite quantum dots, aiming to unveil the mystery of perovskite quantum dots with simple experiments and let students feel the charm of science and technology. The experiment not only provides students with a better understanding of the basic knowledge and applications of perovskite quantum dots materials, but also familiarises them with the liquid phase precipitation method and the principles and operations of X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope and fluorescence spectrometer, which are of positive significance in stimulating students'interest in scientific research and cultivating their comprehensive practical skills and innovative thinking ability.
