Experimental Study on the Preparation of Full Solid Waste Clinker Free Cement Using Industrial Solid Waste
In this paper,full solid waste clinker free cement was prepared using steel slag,slag,tertiary fly ash,desulfurization gypsum,and soda residue as raw materials.The setting time and compressive strength were studied by adjusting the proportion of raw materials.The results show that when the dosage of steel slag was 30%,the compressive strength of mortar can reach to 39.2 MPa at 28 d.When replacing slag with 10%fly ash,the compressive strength of 28 d of mortar decrease slightly,and the value was 36.1 MPa.The setting time of full solid waste clinker free cement was improved by adding the Na2SiO3.When the content of Na2SiO3 was 0.6%,the initial setting of full solid waste without clinker cement was 145 min,and the final setting was 239 min,which was similar to ordinary portland cement.Moreover,Na2SiO3 has a good stimulating effect on the strength of full solid waste without clinker cement.When the content of Na2SiO3 was 0.6%,its 28 d mortar strength can reach 49.5 MPa.
