摘要

目前,随着平板显示向高世代发展,对产品的优良率、稳定性、分辨率、反应时间等要求越来越高,相应对高世代线用湿电子化学品(尤其是电子级混合酸蚀刻液)的性能要求也越来越高.针对这一现状,我科研团队经过刻苦攻关,研发了新一代新型电子级混合酸蚀刻液.经大量应用实验表明,本产品对显示面板的优良率、稳定性及分辨率等诸多方面都有显著提高.

Abstract

At present,with the development of flat panel display to high generation,the excellent rate,stability,resolution,reaction time of the product are getting higher and higher,and the corresponding performance requirements of high generation line wet electronic chemicals(especially electronic grade mixed acid etching liquid)are also getting higher and higher.In view of this situation,my research team has developed a new generation of new electronic grade mixed acid etching solution through hard work.A large number of application experiments show that the excellent rate,stability and resolution of the display panel are significantly improved.
