Study on the Influence Factors of Transformer Oil Breakdown Voltage
Taking transformer oil produced by China Offshore Bitumen Co.,Ltd.,as raw material,the influencing factors and rules of transformer oil breakdown voltage are determined through experiments.It is found that except for oil temperature,water content,storage humidity and time,gas content significantly affect the breakdown voltage of transformer oil.Oil storage conditions affect the water content of transformer oil.The higher the humidity and the longer the storage time,the higher the water content of the transformer oil,the smaller the breakdown voltage and the worse the quality of the oil.The breakdown voltage of transformer oil is inversely proportional to the gas content in the oil.Therefore,high quality transformer oil can be obtained by reducing the oil water content,improving the storage environment and reducing the gas content which can significantly increase the breakdown voltage of transformer oil.
