磷酸胍阻燃应用技术研究进展

磷酸胍同时含有磷、氮两种元素,用于纤维素材料阻燃应用可以形成膨胀阻燃系统,具有显著的成炭效果和抑烟性能。本文对磷酸胍的制备工艺、阻燃机理进行了梳理,目前通过碳酸胍来制备磷酸胍的工艺最为简单。同时本文总结归纳了磷酸胍在纸制品、木材、织物以及其他领域的阻燃应用情况,并提出了磷酸胍作为阻燃剂未来的研究思路与应用方向。
Research Progress of Guanidine Phosphate Flame Retardant Application Technology
Guanidine phosphate has both phosphorus and nitrogen elements,and can form an intumescent flame retardant system in the flame retardant application of cellulose materials,with significant charcoal formation and smoke suppression effect.In this paper,the preparation process and flame retardant mechanism of guanidine phosphate are sorted out,and the process of preparing guanidine phosphate using phosphoric acid and guanidine carbonate is the simplest.At the same time,the flame retardant applications of guanidine phosphate in paper,wood,fabrics and other fields are summarized,and the future research ideas of guanidine phosphate as a flame retardant are proposed.
