电纺纤维膜在水处理中的研究进展

随着经济的迅速发展,环境污染已成为必须解决的严重问题。水是生命之源,但现在却受到了严重的污染。近年来,纳米纤维膜被广泛地用于水污染处理。这主要是由于它具有易制取、孔隙率高及易回收等特性,这是传统处理技术所需要改进的缺陷。目前,制备纳米纤维膜的主要方法为分子技术法、纺丝法、生物法三类。其中,静电纺丝法是制备纳米纤维目前较为热门的技术。通过电纺能够得到多孔、强渗透性和有序性强的纳米纤维膜,然后通过膜分离操作可以很好地除去水中的金属离子和有害菌、有机污染物等。本文综述了近年来电纺纳米纤维膜在除去水中主要的污染物如染料、金属离子、油污、抗生素和细菌等方面的应用及未来的改进方向。
Research Progress of Electrospun Fiber Membrane in Water Treatment
With the rapid development of economy,environmental pollution has become a serious problem that must be solved.Water is the source of life,but now it is seriously polluted.In recent years,nanofiber membranes have been widely used in water pollution treatment.This is mainly because it has the characteristics of easy preparation,high porosity and easy recovery,which is the defect of traditional processing technology to be improved.At present,the main methods for preparing nanofiber membranes are molecular technique,spinning method and biological method.Among them,electrospinning is a popular technique for preparing nanofibers.The porous,highly permeable and highly ordered nanofiber membrane can be obtained by electrospinning,and the metal ions,harmful bacteria and organic pollutants in water can be well removed by membrane separation.In this paper,the application and future improvement of electrospun nanofiber membrane in removing main pollutants such as dyes,metal ions,oil,antibiotics and bacteria in water are reviewed.
