建立HPLC-MS/MS法测定保健品中麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱的测定不确定评估方法。通过构建麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱含量的数学模型,对不确定来源进行分析。分析结果表明,在麻黄碱和伪麻黄碱测定过程中不确定度主要来源是标准溶液的配制和标准曲线的拟合。当保健品中麻黄碱的含量为9。850 μg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0。745 8 μg/kg(k=2);伪麻黄碱含量为9。557 μg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0。954 7 μg/kg(k-2)。
Evaluation of Uncertainty for Determination of Ephedrine and Pseudoephedrine in Health Products by HPLC-MS/MS
To establish an uncertain evaluation method for determination of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine in health products by HPLC-MS/MS.The uncertain sources were analyzed by constructing mathematical models of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine content.The results show that the main source of uncertainty in the determination of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine is the preparation of standard standard solution and the fitting of standard curve.When the content of ephedrine is 9.850 μg/kg,the extended uncertainty is 0.745 8 μg/kg(k=2).When the content of pseudoephedrine is 9.557 μg/kg,the extended uncertainty is 0.954 7 μg/kg(k=2).
