Experimental Study on Cyanide Detection in Oxidation System
Studied the detection method of cyanide in the oxidation system and plotted the cyanide standard curve.Study on the influence of the addition amount of chloramine T and sodium sulfite on the cyanide detection results, and conducted parallel validation experiments on spiked recovery rate under optimal conditions. The results showed that in a 20 mL standard stock solution, the optimal addition amount of chloramine T was 2 mL,and the optimal addition amount of reducing agent sodium sulfite was 0.2 g.At this time, the cyanide detection result of the standard stock solution was 10.11 mg/L,with a deviation of 0.2%.When 0.5~2.5 mL of standard solution was added(with a cyanide concentration of 50 mg/L),the recovery rate of the added standard solution was 95.4%~104.6%,meeting the accuracy requirements of the detection data. This research method has good stability and small deviation in detection results, and can be used to guide the detection of cyanide samples in oxidation systems.
